Have I been somehow blacklisted? While I DO comment on political, scientific, and occasionally social issues, I do so sans name-calling or condescension. After a dozen of my threat-free/profanity-free comments were inexplicably rejected outright, I posted Kudos to a young athlete on exceptional achievement and wished her future success. IT WAS REJECTED.
There is a either multi-tier censor at work, or it's only turned on at certain times - I've received threats and name-calling I would never employ and could certainly NEVER be permitted to print, so WHAT GIVES, YAHOO?!?

I can't tell you how angry I am about your use of the algorithm. I have already put this in separate feedback. It appears to me that this is of recent vintage. Well, would you please stop it. It's right out of Orwell, and do you realize by censoring words you prevent the flow of information. This is a form of control, a totalitarian practice that limits our freedom as much as incarceration. For while our bodies are not imprisoned, our words are. Stop this!

They use an Algorithm that targets words with negative connotation. So, if I said their system is moronic it would reject the comment, even though I have not attacked a person. Also, I can't say that this is a ******-up system which I should have the freedom to say, but I can't -- It is very *********.

My life has been threatened several times on Yahoo comment section. I have reported most of them. Today I was just informed by a Yahoo Administrative via- E-mail. That "Yahoo! believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS." I am not aware of any violations that I am being accused of committing. As a matter of fact I am not even aware of what violation I am being accused of. Before you bring judgment and punishment up against a person, I think it is best that you atleast state what the person is being accused of and have evidence "Other than someone with hurt feelings" so that the true victim can clear their name of any false wrong doing...

I was responding about the Grant statues being torn down to folks about how he stood against the as Klu Klux Klan a president. Even just now I had to edit it, because the acronym was bleeped out.
What do they see? "Grant stood against the @#$% as a president!" Idiots can fill anything in with that!

The latest example of a ridiculous auto-censor function is the article about the man who drove into protestors being a member of the Ku Klux Klan. When I used *** or Ku Klux Klan in my comment, both versions of the name were censored into that typo gibberish. Come on, yahoo, there must be a way to distinguish between legitimate and offensive uses of a common name like that. It's ridiculous and offensive that we can't use the term to describe someone's affiliation. This is just one of many auto-censored words that are used in articles and are commonly used terms but rejected by the auto-censor. Maybe have a live person monitor be able to view a term that is auto-flagged and then evaluate whether something like *** is used objectively/normally or used to advance a right-wing extremist agenda.

And now I just tried to post "Yawn, thank you for so quickly showing your bigotry. You treat them as if they're still slaves, you insult them, discriminated against them, beat them, kill them, then cry crocodile tears when they get angry at you."
Tell me why that shouldn't post, why you kill it.

You regularly let the right wingers use snowflake as an insult, but when I just point out that a real snowflake is white, tiny, and brainless, you consistently autocensor my posts. That doesn't vaguely violate any agreements or standards, and you let people post far worse.
Stop your ignorant auto-censor

2 things - you need a better proofreader for your material and ask people before editing comments. Don't ask for comments if you really don't want them.
