At least communication on new features/changes in advance so that commissioners have time to prepare and discuss with their league. As it stands I have to decide on possible last minute rules changes with very little lead time before our draft, which I don't like doing. For example, the addition of "Keeper Cost" when it first came out made certain limited keeper formats more feasible, but i didn't have time to talk about that big a change. Last year IR+ seemed to be released after the season started (maybe I missed it?).
