    Guilty of one charge not requiring element of intent. CBS poll didn't ask if conservatives generally know more law than the emotional libs. Present more than one side. Everyone knows Yahoo has become predictably NOT fair but emotional--need to calm down, less inflammatory--facts, dude/dudets facts! You are driving people away!
