there should be an option under 'head to head' PIM category to select either "most PIMs wins" or "least PIMs wins". Make it an option! Personally, I think that well-disciplined players should be worth more than goons.

Optional Trade Expiries:
Sometimes you will send a trade offer to another manager, and they’ll just sit on it, and not act, instead of rejecting it. Then if the player they would be trading away gets injured, they have a backup plan and can go in and accept the trade, leaving you with the injured player.
It would be a nice feature if you had the option to set a “deadline” for the trade offer to expire. If another manager sees a clock ticking down to accept a trade, it might incline them to respond to the trade offer by accepting or rejecting the trade, instead of leaving the other manager in limbo. The option should still be there to give no expiry, if you want to leave the trade offer open indefinitely.
