I spoke to the chat bot and to live support and no one was able to help me with any ideas on how to fix this. THIS IS A BUG! The user interface isn't displaying as intended. Old Yahoo mail works fine. You're forcing me into new yahoo mail which doesn't display the Send button properly when I create a new message.
Also, I used to have a star button in the email list. Now I have to click on the message and star it there. Why?
We changed the scale, resolution, browser zoom, everything. Nothing helped. Unless I change the browser zoom to 67%, which is ridiculously small, I can't see the Send button. I can't scroll down to see the button either. This is a UI problem. The only thing that worked is when we removed the message preview. IT seems the preview/tabs at the top, push down the UI and make it so we can't see the Send button. This isn't a feature, this is a bug and needs to be fixed.
A lot of the user interface is overlapping on the page unless I reduce the browser zoom to a small percentage. The UI isn't scaling as it should FIX IT.
The new yahoo mail is NOT what the old yahoo mail is. The user interface isn't intuitive, the ads are taking up a third of the page, and the folders and left sidebar aren't as intuitive as they used to be. FIX IT!
