    This is backwards. If you mute someone you cannot read any comments from that person. Calling thumbs downs "attacks" is puerile and if someone is abusing multiple accounts then blocking wouldn't make a difference anyways. If you're complaining that after signing out you find things you don't like to see then maybe you shouldn't sign out to find things you don't like to see.
