    Comments on IMPORTANT NEWS articles are a way for YOUR SUBRIBERS to let others AND YOU know how their opinion trends. By shutting comments down, YOU.. VERIZON & therefore YAHOO only add the appearance that they are beholding to controversial LARGE $ INTERESTS, or OTHER SPECIAL INTERESTS and are that much LESS TRUSTWORTHY! Perhaps there are OTHER BROWSERS out there who do NOT SHARE this MUZZLING approach??!
