Why should I have a player who is suspended sitting on my bench and not playing when I could have someone else in that spot?

Allow us to cut any player that we want to! If a player is suspended why keep him on the team and get a Big Fat 0 .

I want to get rid of this player-Tatis Jr. He is on the No trade list, but he is suspended. He is no use to me. How can I go about this ?
When entering these free contests, why am I not able cut players if they are playing? the rule should be changed! I'm stuck with players who aren't producing. How am I going to compete if I cannot get rid of players and select another.
