    I'm really disappointed in Yahoo I need I need to get into my Yahoo to get my resume because I got laid off of my last job and I need to update my resume that's on Yahoo but I cannot get in because I cannot change my password I can't afford to pay customer care it's unbelievable and it's disgusting
