An error occurred while saving the comment Greg B supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Greg B commentedIf I'm organizing my pre-draft rankings I typically want to do a few things - a) move all players in their current Yahoo ranking order to my customized list - so I can then start shuffling them around, etc - currently there doesn't seem to be a way to do this, instead I have to click on 'move a player' button repeatedly a few hundred times... b) move to 'Do not draft' list anyone who is injured long term - or someone who I consider to be a bust / likely to have a bad season / injury liability etc (to do this I need the ability to find someone by surname - this ability is currently lacking, essentially I need to sort players alphabetically by their first names and then scroll down page after page). c) move to 'Do not draft' list most of the players from teams that I think are going to have horrible +/- (currently, there is no way to say 'show me all players from Toronto Maple Leafs' - again, I'm forced to scroll through all the players essentially)
Yes, currently the pre-draft rankings page is as primitive as the first <html> page that I created in my high school back in 1998 was, a couple of bare-bones dropdowns and scroll lists. Time to introduce some proper data management UI widgets that most professional sites utilize, such as 'list x players per page' (instead of the silly 'load more'), text based filters (name, team, etc), multi-select capability / 'select all' checkbox for utilizing after some filters have been applied, just to name a few...
