Do yourself a favor and load your bookmarks to a browser rather than a homepage. I'm only familiar with the browser I've used for two decades, Mozilla Firefox. It allows you to create, save, and access your bookmarks from an optional Menu Bar at the top of the page, making them accessible no matter where you are. You can also sync them between computers with the touch of a button if you have Firefox on multiple computers and are signed in to them. Cheers! Hope that helps!
