Don't like the yeah who is new website. In order to see information takes more clicks
You have to tap click view or edit which is another step you must take an order to see information from Amazon. Have it listed next to the name of the place of the website. It's too many clicks which uses time people don't have to waste

Cloud based emails
How do I empty Yahoo cloud emails? I continue to recieve over limit messages, even when I have emptied all my files inbox spam and trash folders. Thanks

Please see my requested idea as posted
Due to business contracts that we hold we need to make any payments for additional storage etc on an annual rather than monthly basis. We are not looking for a discount and would be happy to pay the monthly fee multiplied by 12 months. We do this with another business account with Google but would prefer to keep our Yahoo account and not move to two Google accounts. We are happy to pay by Debit Card if this is available. Yahoo Mail Recovery
The recovery process for Yahoo Mail access is circular and TERRIBLE. I have spent nearly an hour exhausting all recover methods because a hacker connected the account to their number and my original alternate email STILL connected to the account was not sufficient. I had to enroll in Yahoo Plus to talk to a live agent and after ID verification, they were unable to resolve the issue. I called the customer support line, went through circular reasoning again, and was not able to get the help I need.

To better determine if an email is spam or unwanted, it would be nice if you had a feature that allowed users to click on the incoming sender name, and see the underlying email address. Bad actors often use innocent names to mask their dodgy email addresses.

Don't change my yahoo
DO NOT CHANGE MY YAHOO!!!!!!! It will be a hugh mistake. I prefer it the way it is. If you change it I will have to find another way to use the internet.

Offer to opt out of signing in with fingerprint or code.
For the past couple of months I've been getting a notification every time I log in to my Yahoo mail, asking me to sign in with my fingerprint or code. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS. So my suggestion is to offer an option to opt out. I've been told all I need to do is hit skip...but I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS SCREEN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I don't want to use either of these methods and am not changing my mind. Please offer an option to opt out. IT'S EXTREMELY ANNOYING. Thank you.

It Needs to Be Much Easier to Find My Payment History!
It is way too difficult to find Payment History. You need to make this much easier.
I looked in my Yahoo Wallet, which is where this information used to be, but the last payment I see there is from LAST YEAR. So I started a chat to get help finding this information.
EVEN THEY DID NOT KNOW how to find it.
You have to somehow find your SUBSCRIPTIONS page, which itself is not at all obvious, then click on the individual SUBSCRIPTION, then click on the "View" link after "Billing Info".
None of these links to get to this page…

In the Yahoo Comments to the news articles, you let spammers like @james24627 to post the same thing over and over and over to any and all articles. And yet when I tell people to report him, YOU REMOVE MY COMMENT!!!! And you do nothing about james doing the same thing day after day after day after.....

You have removed access to my posts history
Your AI chat was not able to assist w/my issue, neither could it get a live agent. Basically it repeats itself endlessly. I cannot view my posts, neither do I see notifications. The hyperlink or little bell icon are gone.
