    Many people will not and need not use the new features. They will just confuse some people who nothing about the concepts of multiple inboxes, conversations, and AI summaries. In my case, most of the new features are mimicking gmail which I do not use because of those features. At this point, I am considering using gmail now, and getting rid of all my Yahoo accounts.

    When it ain't broke, don't enforce fixes without the possibility of maintaining the status quo. You have done this to me at least three times now and I am sick of it,

    I want an email company that is responsive to its users and doesn't make demands on them. Yahoo is not the most popular email provider for a reason. Some people have told me that it shows me to be a dinosaur because I use such outdated technology. I am beginning to agree. I may choose a for-pay email system if I can get it to look and work the way I want without much difficulty.
