Why don't you make a poll and show the result so I can see that there are more people who liked the new design, then I'll stop hating on your decision to be a dictator.
Be transparent about WHY you made this decision, because right now, I see this as someone being bored at the office and decided to pick a fight with the user. Or someone is lying to their superior to look good, saying that this is what the people wanted.
I have not seen any 1 positive feedback about the new look, and you're telling me we're a "Community"? Then I wouldn't blame the community if they disbanded and left elsewhere.
