    The ability to change the time when free agents are able to be added. Waivers go through around 3am est, so I'm my league the players that wake up the earliest for work have the advantage to add whoever is a free agent while other players are sleeping. If waivers still go through at 3am, and we can set the time free agent adds are available, it would give the option to make it more fair across the board for all player
