    It is sad that Democrats voted against No Tax on Tips, and are spending huge amounts of tax dollars while blaming and taxing the "Rich", who already pay more than 45% of NYC's tax bill. No wonder why so many of them, and now the Middle-class are leaving NYC. Truly a recipe for disaster.
