I have had a Yahoo email account for nearly 30 years, and I have now been forced to switch to the new email view. Unfortunately, I find the new interface extremely frustrating and difficult to use. The design, with the entire screen appearing either all white or all black, makes it difficult to distinguish between different sections of the application. There should be a clearer visual separation between individual emails, the email list, and the navigation panel. The classic view provided a much better user experience and was far easier to navigate. What is most disappointing is that I no longer have the option to return to the Classic view, despite previously being given that choice. After being a loyal Yahoo Mail user for so many years, I would expect some consideration for long-time customers who prefer the interface they have used comfortably for decades. I genuinely cannot stand the new email view, and being forced to use it has significantly diminished my experience with Yahoo Mail. If the Classic view cannot be restored or if additional customization options are not made available, I will likely begin exploring other email service providers. The current interface is simply too frustrating for everyday use. I strongly encourage Yahoo to reconsider removing the Classic view or, at the very least, provide users with more display and customization options to make the experience more user-friendly.
