    Yahoo News displays an embedded error: report.error-report.com refused to connect.

    Chrome DevTools shows Yahoo attempting to load:
    yahoo-homepage.html-load.com/script/www.yahoo.com.js
    which fails with ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED, followed by Yahoo's recovery-script process.

    The problem occurs in Chrome Incognito and in a completely new Chrome profile. Chrome has also been reinstalled.

    The same PC, Windows installation, Internet connection, and Yahoo account work correctly in Microsoft Edge.

    Both Chrome and Edge receive ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when directly accessing yahoo-homepage.html-load.com, but only Yahoo News in Chrome invokes/displays the failed recovery page.

    Please escalate this to the Yahoo News/web engineering or advertising/recovery team.
