    Yahoo mail is doing an automatic update and with this update it is making it more difficult to navigate emails. It's more difficult to find and search for pervious conversations and people. There should be a way to stick with the current email set up rather than automatically change the format without customer input. Athena in CS tried to help, but this is not a CS issue.
