STOP UPGRADING IT JUST GETS WORSE AND WORSE. Literally, there are ZERO positive changes that have been made in the last year due to the so called "upgrades". It is a mess. There are no redeeming qualities left. How do you manage to destroy a system so completely, then complain when your users are upset that they can't use the site anymore? Do you hate us that much?

Every update that has come out makes the email harder and harder to use. At this point, it feels like you actively hate your users to the point you're trying to run them off. Please just go back to the original format that was standard for like 10 years. I cannot express how confusing and ugly the new format is. Please let us change it back.

Every new version of the email has steadily gotten more and more unusable. There are no positive changes that have been integrated; starting with the "upgrade" from earlier this year. Please, I can't stress this enough, PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMAT THAT IT HAD FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS.

Literally this is basically un-usable. Please allow us to change it back to the original format (the original original that was standard for like 8 years).

Literally this is the worst format I've ever seen for an email. We can't find anything in the inbox, the layout is ugly, even Night Mode doesn't make it easier on the eyes! Please, I am on my knees begging you to change it back. Nobody likes the update. Nobody WANTED the update. So why would you do this?

Seriously. There are no redeeming qualities on the new format. Literally nothing good. It's confusing and ugly as sin.

Please change the email homepage back to the way it was- the new system is ugly and confusing. It makes our jobs much harder when we can't find a single thing in the inbox. Even the Night Mode is hideous- please change it back.

Let us change the email homepage back. The current one is virtually unusable. The original one, that was the basic one for years, was fine the way it was! It was easy to navigate, easy on the eyes, just the top tier design. The one it was updated to earlier this year sucked, but it was better than the garbage that the current one is. Please let us change it back.

The new email format sucks. It is impossible to find what we need, nor can we navigate it comfortably. Please, for the love of god, change it back.

Is there a way to update it so it resembles the old format? We are not adjusting to the new formatting at all. It's been months, and every update just makes it worse and more confusing. Please, PLEASE fix it.
