I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed with Yahoo's decision to FORCE longtime users into this ridiculous new email layout without giving us the option to return to the previous version.
**FIRST AND FOREMOST — PUT OUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS BACK AT THE TOP OF THE LEFT SIDEBAR WHERE THEY BELONG!**
I manage SIX email accounts. For years, I could see them clearly at the top left of my screen, easily switch between them, and manage everything efficiently. Now Yahoo has shoved them into a tiny popup at the very bottom of the screen. WHY? Who thought hiding something as important as our email accounts was an improvement?
These accounts should be FRONT AND CENTER, not buried behind unnecessary clicks!
And let's address Yahoo's statement: "We really hope you'll try the new experience."
**TRY IT? HOW EXACTLY IS IT A TRIAL WHEN YOU FORCE IT ON US AND REFUSE TO LET US GO BACK?**
A trial means having a CHOICE. We were given NO choice whatsoever!
My previous Yahoo Mail layout was working perfectly just minutes before this unwanted redesign appeared. I did not request it, approve it, or want it.
Instead of improving practical functionality, Yahoo has introduced unnecessary clutter, hidden essential features, and even added a ridiculous streak counter. Seriously? We need efficient email management, not childish gimmicks!
Longtime customers should not be forced to completely relearn a service that was already working perfectly for them.
**MY REQUESTS ARE SIMPLE:**
1. Restore the option to use Classic Yahoo Mail.
2. Put ALL connected email accounts back at the TOP of the left sidebar, clearly visible and accessible without a popup.
3. Stop forcing interface changes without giving users the ability to opt out.
4. Prioritize functionality and efficiency over unnecessary cosmetic changes.
Yahoo needs to stop telling customers to "try" something when there is absolutely no choice involved.
**GIVE YOUR USERS BACK CONTROL OF THEIR OWN EMAIL EXPERIENCE. WHAT YOU CALL AN UPGRADE, I CALL A DOWNGRADE!**
Please listen to the people who actually use your service every day.
