I need classic back, this new thing is preventing me from opening attachments for some reason, hard to navigate, unappealing appearance, hate ads on right I can't get to go away, and slow response.

I absolutely hate how my personal email account looks as of the 15th. I tried going into the three dot and settings, but cannot get the Classic I love back. My email you've messed up is jcatburmahl@yahoo. I have a second account I use for business. It is still Classic, thank goodness. Please do not change it to the new. That email account is jbcats7@yahoo. Please, please set jcatburmahl@yahoo back to the way it was!
Why didn't you leave super great Classic look alone by making so called improvements and forcing it on everyone it seems. I think this revised one is a big, big setback! I have had my accounts many years and don't want to give them up do to the new look being such a turn off. It will not be enjoyable for me to look at and use the new. I truly feel you should give people the choice of keeping what they like and have had for years.

help.yahoo.com won't let me send message. I would like both of my yahoo accounts to be set back to classic. The new is unbecoming in appearance, can't get rid of ads, won't let me preview or open downloads in readable format anymore, and extremely slow response time. The downloads are important. My accounts are jbcats7@yahoo.com and jcatburmahl@yahoo.com. I don't want to set up different emails with some other email provider. I have had these accounts many years and too many important contacts for me send to those accounts.
