    Please! The new format is unreadable. I got a pop up that changed me back for a breif time. Now again my mail is in the new format and unreadable.

    What you don't seem to understand is when you change the format my brain doesn't adjust. I am currently unable to read and prioritize my emails. In the past I have always been able to return to basic email. Today's changes don't allow me to do that. Not only is this practice very disruptive, but it is discriminatory to those like me who can't adjust to these types of changes.
