    I used to have internet essentials until June/July 2021, it was with Comcast.net. I do not have enough words to express my satisfaction with Comcast. I was working with DOJ until then. Then Xfinity came. They asked me to change my gateway (box), and they gave me a new password for my laptop. That change destroyed my home office - Brother MFC (including fax, scanning, and copying). I am able to work with four languages (Bulgarian native; German (more than 20 years of experience) and English (now main language). I developed deep hearing loss after a so called doctor put me under anesthesia for three and a half hours for a surgery that takes between 60 and 90 minutes and training students on my bleeding body. I have inquired many sources, state authorities and attorneys, I was asking if the so called doctor was authorized to perform total hip replacement services. No answer. "
    Schweigen im Wald" (Silence in the wood, as the Germans say jokingly. Then the money maker Xfinity bumped up my monthly payment from $20+taxes to approximately $81+taxes. I am on SSA+SSI+food benefits in addition to my hearing loss. However, nobody dared to restore justice for me. I am still receiving requests for translation services, which could help me make some extra money. But no one dared to argue with all-mighty Xfinity. Last week I have applied for ACP, however, a gal from ACP asked me several times to contact directly ACP. Since Xfinity discontinued my previous service, using internet and home phone with Cap Tel, I have no option to contact not only ACP, but any medical services etc. I have no social worker, no adviser. I am 71 years old. I came legally to the United States of America after being vetted and interviewed by the Embassy of the USA in my country of birth, Bulgaria. Now I am a citizen of the USA.
