I'm not missing my reward but it did take a while. Requested Friday and it arrived Monday. So just one business day but still it was 72 hours. If we can't send out rewards faster, it would be nice to kick out an email saying that the prize is on its way and that it may take 72 hours. Also should include contact info for customer support.
