We need threads IMMEDIATELY. The message board was an effective way to facilitate multiple topic-specific conversations. In chat, that is an absolute mess.

For the love of GOD, at least make it so we can post URLs. I can't remember a chat feature in the past 2 decades that couldn't do that.

The Rich text editor in message boards was awful, and even it could handle links...

An option to enhance late-season drama, and increase sustained interest in Roto leagues by allowing those at the top of the standings to compete in a playoff championship to determine the league winner.

    - Leagues could be configured so that a specific number of weeks at the end of the MLB season could be allotted for playoffs, just like head-to-head leagues

    - During the designated playoff time, the league rules do not change, the standings simply reset for the top teams.

    - The team at the top of the playoff standings at the end of the season is the league champion.

    - This could greatly increase excitement down the home stretch of the MLB season for teams which find themselves in reasonable place in the standings, but ultimately looking up at an insurmountable deficit (a common roto scenario).

    - This could help differentiate Yahoo's product from all of the other fantasy products.
