Immediately after signing China sends most of their Military to the borders of Russia who is annexing Cambodia with Vietnam, Weeks after signing Chinese soldiers are marching into Hanoi. And the annexation of Cambodia by Russia ends.

The United Nations signed such a treaty: UN General Resolution 2758 in 1971. China calls this the ONE CHINA PRINCIPLE: to have relations a ONE CHINA TREATY to end the Chinese Civil War must be signed by the respective partner.
