   I setup my Yahoo to be USA English. However, it constantly is barraged with ads in Chinese with Chinese characters which I cannot read. It is annoying and distracting and, for sure, not doing your poor advertisers that are paying any good to have their ads placed in languages that the readers do not understand. It's annoying to me, the user, and a bit of a bad deal for your advertiser. Why to do you that. You clearly know that my preferences for the page and its content is to be in English!
