You should not have "news" which is a Free Energy scam, an ad paid for by "Money Morning". Energy cannot be created out of thin air, no matter how much people wish it. It's unscientific.

Let's thumbs down Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer by deleting our accounts.
Delete your Yahoo account if you do not like the new prostituted home page, the prostituted adds, the prostituted tabloid news, the removal of the 'Bell Icon' for responses to posts, and the lack of respect for the Yahoo consumer. There are plenty of other sites out there to choose from, apart from Yahoo.

hate, hate, hate the new format, the color is awful, terrible for your eyes. will not use it any more and will change my homepage too.
Black is the best color for font online. Get rid of the see through news box, it just impairs my vision and distracts me from news I want to read. So many other news pages, I will close my eyes and pick a new one.

Very disappointed with FOX news articles appearing in Yahoo Canada.
No to this new look. It's style and featured articles are worthy of the National Enquirer. Yuck to FOX news making headlines. Really? Canadian Yahoo homepage has more silly gossip **** crammed on it than a teenager's iphone app. screen. Horoscopes and Dating links highlighted and easier to find than Science and Technology? Insult noted , yahoo........this subscriber is out the door.

A suggestion for the new homepage
The only thing I really don't like is the huge semi-transparent bar that ends up across the bottom half of the pictures. Please put in a way to disable this or make it only appear when you hover over the main picture.
The smaller pictures below have the headline for the story so there is no need to put the whole thing on the big picture....making the banner appear across the picture ONLY when the picture is hovered over and then disappear if the cursor is moved away would be a great improvement. As it is now almost a third…

Cannot watch any videos on Yahoo, "Install Flash Player" keeps popping up even though I have the latest Flash Player version. Even after running the checklist through the Adobe website and verifying that the program is functioning properly, I still cannot view any video on your site. Only your site. I can watch You Tube.

Put Stuff Back
Put stuff back. I had notifications that there were replies to a comment I made, but when I click to "see more" all I get is the article with NONE of the comments. This new look is useless to me. My old links don't work, I can't configure my page to something that is easy to use, I can't find the topics I want...It's a pain in the rear.
