    Everytime i login for my account ..prompted to get a key on my cell phone.Instead you should be assisting in giving direction to set a new password,,kEY is not supplied immediately,there is time lag,,which is very irritating..no body in your team is noticing that why user is asking for new key on every login...Please take care ,,,due to this i am now doing 95% of work on gmail...

    Its nice to try and access my account to be met with the request to send a code to a phone # I don't have anymore and be told I'm not able to log in. Tried to get help from support to be essentially sent to a ****** FAQ; to top it off the beginning support screen looks like i could get live help... but nope it's a lie because I retried entering my info nearly 15 times (extra ****** off that I had to confirm I wasn't a robot everytime, sometimes confirming twice).   4. Why do you make it so hard to change my password?

  7. You should be able to call a customer service.

    You should be able to recover an account if the account holder is willing to email Photo ID or other proof of actual ownership.

    Furthermore, I cannot find any info on calling or even emailing a help desk. I get rerouted in circles which is highly frustrating. Help page needs work.

    Please bring back the security questions for forgotten I'd or password issues not everyone can access their phones to receive the security keysmy husband and I have a very important email account with you and we cannot access it due to abroken phone that the number no longer exists.   10. Phone and PC email app (att.net) not functioning properly

    PC app the move, delete, and other options across the top do not function. Open an email and the "x" in the right corner as well as the up and down arrows do not function.
    The cell phone app doesn't grey an email once it has been read. It also doesn't allow for a selection of just unread messages.
    In reset for password it allowed me to add email addresses. I didn't notice it was for recovery purposes, I just thought it was for new email accounts. I have since tried to access the emails accounts I setup and it…

  11. Please let us change passwords & connected login Apps without having to have AT&T

    I can't change my password without having an AT&T account which I don't have, and can't make because I don't have an AT&T phone number. Also my mail's recent logins tab has been showing supposed approved logins from all over like Japan, Sadi Arabia, South Korea, ect. and for some reason I can't revoke their access without a new password?

  13. Recovery password help is not helping at all

    I've tried everything to reset my password to an old account the the recovery answers aren't working for. I still have no access to the account. Your help support doesn't recover old passwords. If I don't get the help I need or someone to walk me through the steps on how to recover my account I'll no longer use Yahoo. It's so frustrating not being able to get the right info I need.

    Help your customers not feel imprisoned by being stuck with an email address they no longer want to use by giving an option of removing their account with ease.

  18. You have absolutely terrible customer service!! I am thinking of closing my Yahoo! Mail account because I cannot get help that applies!

    It’s impossible to get help that actually applies to the problem! It should be extremely simple to block a nasty email sender, and it does not work the way yahoo says it will! Get your act together already

  20. unable to speak wit a live rep

    Why am I not able to speak to a live rep about the issues I'm having as it regards to login in my email. The help center is not helping. My account was hacked and I'm not able to access it because whosowver went as far as changing my recovery email and I have alot of important information in my email that waa hacked. I'm starting to get concerned about the level of security you guys have with our privacy. Why is it someone can easily hack yahoo account?
