ive had this account for over 3 yrs and it wont let me into it...and why should our identity be given when we make a sugges or complaint...it said 2 hrs ago it would be fixed quickly but still nothing...cant see email or get to the board...PLEASE help

Creating a way to post a new question, when I can't find existing answers, please.
Been trying to find out why my account is still showing active, even tho' I deleted it EIGHT MONTHS AGO. Have been online for over two hours, rewording my question several different ways, never finding a solution, and without the ability to simply post a NEW question, and wait for an answer. I am SO FRUSTRATED.

See a Cell # that is not mine when I log into my yahoo email and have no idea how it got there....can it be deleted/removed somehow?

changes to personal information
I've had this email address for at least 8 years now. Being so, I'd like to have a little more ability to get in touch with someone who can actually HELP me. At present, there seems to be no way to edit your personal information aside from changing your name and/or nickname. I took over this account from my brother and have had no difficulties except when it comes to changing my information. I keep getting locked out of my mailbox and asked to change my password
I have been forced to change my mail password 5 times today, and I am sick of doing it and having my sent messages bounced back to me. What is going on today?? My password has changed so many times, that now none of my usual passwords are allowed since they are too similar to recent passwords. I am signed in on a Mac laptop and iPhone, both of which I use all of the time, so I don't understand why there would be any issues.

I have a complaint about yahoo e-mail. When I signed in this morning, I unchecked the box for staying logged in, typed in my password and checked my mail. When I signed out, I looked at the account options tab to review all recent activity. To my surprise, I found over 10! sessions that were still signed in, so when I tried to sign these out, a pop up screen said I needed to change my password to sign out of all sessions except the current one. To secure the mail, Yahoo propose me a code that I must use a code sent via my Phone. But it never works. I try several times . >So I m affraid it could be a Hacker that use a fault in Yahoo mail or there is a bug in this procedure . I hope oit's the second issue and that Yahoo will correct the error.

Allow users to reuse old passwords. Allow me to vote for all of the other requests to allow users to re-use passwords
My father periodically locks himself out of his account and I have to help him regain access. I want to keep using the same password, which he has memorized, but Yahoo won't let me. Instead, every time he fat fingers his password and accidentally sets a new one that he also fat fingers and has no memory of what he set, I have to create yet another one and update all of his e-mail clients on his laptops and hope we don't repeat the cycle the first time his cell phone tells him he has to enter his (new) password…
