  2. do better at your job because I am not getting good customer support it sucks!

    You need to allow the person to access the account by questions about yourself or better even call the customer support and allow that person to ask who you are and allow you to change your password because right now I do not like yahoo at all

  3. There is a Glitch in your system. Using a smart phone to sign into my yahoo account when password is wrong go to text msg to get your text c

    Glitch in ur system. Using a smart phone trying to sign in but password is wrong. To get your text, i have to switch to get your text sent to my phone but can't get back to the page to put in the code.
    Solution is U need to put a link in the text message to get back to the right page to put in the code you sent me.

  5. Need way to contact Yahoo without paying for 24/7 support

    Even if not given priority support assistance, your current system is inadequate and frustrating. Links keep routing me back to the same help page which does not address my issues. Your page asks whether it was helpful, and when I respond with "did not address my issue" it responds that my input has been noted. But without knowing WHY it was not helpful (specifically) and what other issues are of concern, you noting that the provided answer didn't address my problem tells you nothing that you can use to fix the problem.

  6. How Come I can’t log into my other account?

    I cannot log into my other Account it says it’s not valid. I clearly have it saved. Does Anyone know how to fix it or Not?
