E-mail login/logout
I have a complaint about yahoo e-mail. When I signed in this morning, I unchecked the box for staying logged in, typed in my password and checked my mail. When I signed out, I looked at the account options tab to review all recent activity. To my surprise, I found over 10! sessions that were still signed in, so when I tried to sign these out, a pop up screen said I needed to change my password to sign out of all sessions except the current one. This is ridiculous. If I wanted to stay signed in, I wouldn't uncheck…

confirm sign in
Please stop asking me to sign in and, asking me from my phone, to confirm if I am signing in from Chrome. After many, many, many years, I may stop using Yahoo, if this doesn't change. What if I don't have my phone???

Allow users to reuse old passwords. Allow me to vote for all of the other requests to allow users to re-use passwords
My father periodically locks himself out of his account and I have to help him regain access. I want to keep using the same password, which he has memorized, but Yahoo won't let me. Instead, every time he fat fingers his password and accidentally sets a new one that he also fat fingers and has no memory of what he set, I have to create yet another one and update all of his e-mail clients on his laptops and hope we don't repeat the cycle the first time his cell phone tells him he has to enter his (new) password…

recovery
Your recovery system has a bug for Turkish telephone numbers. Adds an extra 0 so SMSs sent fail. The field asks for a 10 digit phone number, but adds the proper prefix +90 and an additional 0.

The new signon page listing all my email accounts is terrible. How can we turn this off?
Several people use my PC. I don't want them to see all the email accounts I use, along with easy access to sign on with saved passwords, and I don't want to see theirs. This has to be optional - and easy to turn OFF!

Please stop bombarding me with security checks. You have made email, which is supposed to be convenient, a miserable and laborious endeavor. Today I wanted to check my email, but OH NO, i used a new device. So first I have to log into a different email to enter a 4 letter security code, which of course doesn't work, three times with three different codes. Then I get locked out and have to use a different device. This time the code works but it tells me that I have to update my password. Then I have to connect a phone.…

Make the two-step verification OPTIONAL ONLY
When traveling abroad, I used my brother's computer to access Yahoo Mail like I've always done for years, and this time it wanted to send me a security code to my telephone. Problem is, it cost me $5 in roaming. And what if I had no access to my phone? Dead battery, no network, left phone elsewhere, etc,, many issues can prevent us from having access to our phone at a precise moment. Yahoo says that another option is a secondary email address..., but aside from the fact that that other provider could request the same, why should I be…

Provide better customer service. Why do I have to get an account key every time I try to access my email? I didn't sign up for this.
Have actual people help us with our situation instead of "ROBO" messaging. You talk about you care about your customers, you're really not showing it.

my brand new account is suspended for no reason. i havent even been able to use it. i can send mail but not receive. there is no help available and that is absolutely ridiculous. why would someone sign up to spend $50 a year when the email service is so bad? perhaps a real account assistance help line would be a good idea. your email sucks!

Add 2 step authentication to AT&T/Yahoo email account login.
I have 2 step authentication enabled on a Yahoo.com account, but when I try to add it to my AT&T / yahoo account, I can't seem to find where this can be done. With all the yahoo security issues as of late, surely this option should be available to the AT&T accounts.

Can't remove secret account from list in the "sign in" feature. So, now my teens might accidentally sign out then sign back in to the secret account where my wife and I keep our nudes. And the sign ins aren't even password protected once on the app. Plus, deleting and reinstalling won't remove the accounts from the app. Epic fail Flickr!!!!!
