Price gouging, I understood was not supposed to happen. But some people panicked and started hoarding things before the prices went up. Everyone knew the gouging was coming.
My question is, do you or anyone believe that our economy which was already getting out of hand before the pandemic,will ever be stable? If the prices stay and or keep going up that I've noticed, our people, say middle class and poverty level won't be able to eat and pay bills. I know that I buy groceries at 1st of month and mostly at the same store and actually my list was a bit less this month than last. Last month's bill rounded off to $200, now this is for one person. This month it rounded off, buying less, to $275. Now you tell me....
How will us ordinary people survive in the future?? The stores are not going to go down on the prices and companies are watering down things, putting less of something that was more..ex. Used to be a 5lb bag of sugar is now 4lb for double the price. Have you bought ice cream lately? Check the ounces.
Look at all the stores closing for good!! Unemployment is not coming down. Soon it will be where a person is not safe either in or out of their home.
But you know what, between you and me, if you're a believer you know it is the Bible fulfilling. Plain and simple!!
