Our government's laws basically state a mom with preschoolers must get a job. At-Home moms who are disabled should qualify for disability
“At-Home” moms who become disabled should qualify on their spouses’ income. I am fighting to make this proposed law effective. I have already contacted my Congressman’s office and asked his top helper to share my case with every member of Congress and urge them to vote my request into law. Is anyone willing to help me in my plea for justice by contacting your congressman/woman?
Moms with children should be able to stay home and nurture their children, and not be forced to get a job so she will not be disqualified for disability rights (should she become disabled) for not meeting their requirement of having a job “5 out of the last 10 years.
“At-Home” moms should be exempt from this 5 out of 10-year work requirement.
