Rotterdam
In the article https://news.yahoo.com/statue-black-woman-becomes-must-190000360.html it is mentioned that the train station is in Amsterdam which is indeed the capital of the Netherlands. However this train station called Rotterdam Centraal as well as the statue are both located in the city of Rotterdam just as the name of the train station suggests. Amsterdam has nothing to do with this.
