Do not offer GIFs that you are going to just turn around and censor.
It is so simple. Don't offer gifs to attach to your comments that you (Yahoo) are going to censor. For example, the one of Donald Trump with his teenage daughter, Ivanka Trump, sitting on his lap. What is the purpose if you are just going to turn around and reject the whole post? Many gifs also say something that is censored when typed by the user... such as "loser".
