The new format SUCKS BIG TIME. You are going to lose me after 22 years.

This new format is horrible!!! My messages don't open half the time.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one. PLEASE give me the original yahoo classic. I really hate this new format. It gives me less control over what I need/use everyday.
I use yahoo as my personal email and my work email, so I'm using it a minimum of 8 hours a day. Please give me back what worked perfectly fine!

This new format is atrocious. I've been saying NO NO NO every time your pop up came up saying I could move to the new format. NO! No one wants this garbage. Put it back to the old format that I was using until you FORCED my session to end and when I came back it was this new hideous format. I'll give this 1 week, and if it isn't back to what I am used to I will stop using your service all together. I have plenty of other email accounts, but I had stuck with Yahoo because the format was the best. Now it is simply the WORST.

I don't like the new format. I kept saying no, until you just changed it, without my permission, I think the users should file a Class Action Lawsuit, to keep you from making changes without OUR permission. When I want to move emails to folders. It reverts back to the top and I have to scroll back down. Before it stayed where you were so if you put something is an S file and then had a T file you could move quickly to it. Like everybody says every time you change it Why change if it ain't broke. But I know why - you have to justify having all those employees. I could care less. Fire their *****

Annoying indeed! The ad banners, while designed to be at the top of the inbox, migrate down into the inbox and cannot be removed. CAVEAT: if it isn't broke, don't attempt to fix it.

this new mail idea really stinks and others feel the same way. Just listen to our plea and don't make us switch to gmail which I have already made an account there incase our cry goes without notice which I think it will!

its so hard to see it gives me a head ach, and is causing me stress to look at, I have contacted my attorney to see what he can do, as its causing me to get sick trying to read this eye straining format, IM sorry Im a huge loyal yahoo person...BUT this ios to much, its so hard to use, doesn't remember where you left off or how to add similar contacts like be for, and save the last folder you moved something to and its so white that or its to dark its eye straining this new format is a massive down grade....I want the classic basic back now at any cost asap....HELP FIX asap
