I'm too old to learn a new format...give me my Yahoo Classic back.

I really don't know why we even bother to post ANY ideas to you people. You have yet to listen to any complaints that we have. If you did, we would all have our old format back.

Stop FORCING your new formats on the users that have MADE you. Your new format sucks. FORCING users to watch commercials before EVERY F'ING VIDEO SUCKS ALSO!

This new email format sucks to high heaven. Why is it that the morons always have to "fix" something that ain't broke?

all my business emails have been lost. You have screwed me bigtime. I am in the middle of a 7 day a week job and can't have this.

After the new format kicked in all my mails since 2001 - till date have been lost...!! The mailbox is COMPLETELY EMPTY...!! And there is no easy help forthcoming on this...!! Any idea what went wrong...??

That won't switch you permanently back to the classic inbox UI, though.

I simply have a massive problem with the new inbox: it scrolls endlessly adding more and more emails so I cannot afford to "select all:" and hit delete, and it makes it hard to go to specific areas of my inbox which has, literally, thousands of emails. If I want to see the middle section of my inbox I have to scroll and scroll and scroll and scroll ...... and scroll and scroll. The email has over a decade and a half of emails in it.

In general, I dislike systems that auto-load more and more content without giving me the option of not having more and more content auto-loaded: the user needs to be in control of how web-pages load more content, not devs forcing users to put up with how THEY want content loaded into the browser.

I hate the new e-mail format

For everyone who commented here I will tell you that I got onto Chat with a Customer Support rep and they made it pretty clear that: 1, they are switching everyone over to the new format regardless of how many times you click to keep the old one and 2, they are quickly taking away any option to revert back to the old format. It has been clear to me over many years that the people who make the decisions at Yahoo have no interest in what their users want and will continue to make changes whether we like them or not.
