    I am having to move all my contacts to gmail too. This is THE WORST. Impossible to manage contacts!

    I WANT MY OLD FORMAT BACK !!! It was more user-friendly, looked a **** of a lot better and most of l had features like BLOCKING emails in your Spam Folder.

    It is hard to understand why you can't leave things alone when they work well and keep your customers happy. I have been a Yahoo customer for way more than ten years -- but now I am looking for alternatives since I assume that you will not allow me to change back to the old format.

    The new email is not at all user friendly. I am working on moving all of my contacts out and going with gmail or hotmail. It's a shame that Yahoo has become this uncooperative when it comes to listening to its users.

    New format is terrible. Please bring back the option to switch to classic version.

    Make NEW Business Mail optional. I'm a very long-term user and don't want to be heckled by new options unless I want to.

    This is the worst ever! Unbelievably slow response and I hate the appearance. Obviously Yahoo doesn't care about their users or they would allow us to revert to the Classic. I absolutely hate this

    I want e-mail...not pop up address blocks that cover what I am writing-fancy and techy is not good-just give me back my basic mail please
