This is not an easier format. I want to go back to the old format.

Where did the "switch back" tab go? Please rectify this ASAP. The new look is horrible.

WTF? For years, I've been satisfied with my classic Yahoo Mail. Now that I'm over 70, I can't even read this new format. Is this some kind of ploy against older users. I think there's a law against discriminating against folks because of their handicaps and age. You really should be ashamed of yourselves. My son would call you scumbags. Bill Hegerich Sr.

Why are all these requests being ignored?

How do I get my old format back? I went to settings, but there is no longer an option there to allow me to switch back.
I would like someone to get back to me as soon as possible.
And I would also like Yahoo to stop switching my email format without my knowledge or permission.

You have nothing to do so you change things around. "HATE" this new look. Give me back the classic look and find something else to do with your free time.

i followed the directions to switch back to old format but there is actually no option to click on to switch back. Very frustrating especially since I HATE the new format.

Standard email format now!

I cannot get files to download with the new mail version. Please change back-new mail is not usable. classic mail was the best email available.

I have avoided accepting the new email format because I do not like it. I would like to have the classic format back.
