The old e mail is so efficient. This new model is horrible. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Very difficult to navigate, some of it is totally illogicel I agree with Dave Cavender, why did you just change it without asking the participants who make you so much money?

I like the old e-mail back. The new format color is too light. I can see the older format so much better.

It is time to go back to the Classic. Or, set it up where we can have a choice of which we want to use.

I can't print attachments without removing my ad blocker! Unfair! I also can't read some emails because you've positioned them too far right and there's no scroll bar! I checked the position settings, which are correct, but the problem persists.

I like the fact that we now have a full range of emoticons; however, I can do without this in order to have the old format back. Please!

I HATE the new format. I've tried every possible color, theme, layout option and they all suck. I'm online answering emails a good portion of the day so this is a problem. Besides the fact that it makes my eyes blur and gives me a headache every time I look at it - whenI send an email it tells me there is an error Time to switch to Gmail - after all these years...what a pain.
