The new look is really Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!! It's abundantly clear there wasn't input from a Human Factor Engineering perspective, or from a reputable Designer at that. If not given the option to go back to the Classic look, I have no problem choosing another email system. Why would yahoo take the route of going super bland and boring, when they could be a "classic"??

This so-called up-grade is dreadful. Add, Yahoo is sliding adds between past emails. Talk about low, abominable practices. Time to change to a different email!

The new look sucks. It is hard to read and it is difficult to get to my contacts. Way to go, Yahoo. You totally screwed this up. Transitioning to GMail soon when I have a few moments to do so. And WHY on frigging earth do I have to sign in to post a comment, when I was already signed in to view my mail and uised the link to get here. Suck it.

I am near 70 and want my usual format. Thanks - if not many have been saying go to gmail and more - may was well learn that as told Yahoo has too many virus and bugs/

Need the old email look back. This is not visually appealing and the features that I used don't seem to be available in the same manner. Bring back the old email.

It's awful. Plus, why are you forcing me to update my inbox look? It should be the user's choice and clearly none of us are happy with being forced out of a dashboard look we actually like. Total BS. Honestly thinking about deleting my account.

I see I'm not the only one who hates the new format, and I see the question I was going to ask: HOW DO I GET MY OLD E MAIL FORMAT BACK? BUT I don't see an answer from yahoo....So glad there are other e-mails available now so we have a choice.......not opening our mail and the choice was made for us with everything changed.

I do NOT want to hear another B. S. comment from Product Services. I do want to know
who is your new CEO since Marissa Mayer resigned?. If you do not provide me with
his/her contact information then I will obtain it from other channels. I specifically want to
know what Yahoo is doing to remedy this situation. Presently Yahoo is damaging my
business through this crazy format and I intend to do something about it. Additionally,
please provide contact information for the Yahoo Legal Dept. I intend to contact them.
