Your new mail sucks! I want my old e-mail back!

please return to my old format. I have difficulty seeing this new format.

My question is what "genius" came up with this new format?

The "new" format brings nothing to the email service other than it is "new" and hard to look at.

All in all change for the sake of change might be good when looking for a new place to eat, though not always.

In the current circumstances all seems you have done is annoy your users and have them wish they could easily move their service.

I agree . they keep changing things without our permission. not everyone likes changes. give me my old e-mail back.

dont you know that a white background for the message queue is ******* the eyes and that for some people with vision tracking problems this background (which there is no option to change) makes them nauseous, which makes it almost impossible to use your new format?

what the heck is wrong with you people that you dont know that?

I lost my groups when you forced this new format on me. If I can't get them back and have to redo them, I'm done with you Yahoo. Why change things when they work well already?

Another discontented user. I have to agree with everyone else - WHY WHY WHY??? If this is the number one in the list of comments, why not do something about it and make us all happy. If I remember we went through this **** a few years ago but somehow we didn't get saddled with the useless theme/color change garbage. I bet your programmers are not happy with our comments. Have them speak up. Whose fault is this. Remember - "If it ain't broke, Don't Fix it"!!

Please bring back the Classic email theme!!!

Every 'improvement' in YahooMail sucks worse than the prior version. Had I not been using the for 20+ years, I would have been out of here long ago.
Plain, simple, none of this fancy ****. Who knows what those symbols mean? What are you folks smoking out there?

Congratulations, Yahoo. You have managed to anger virtually every single user who felt strongly enough about your new mail to give feedback. Now, time to sit back and see if Yahoo is competent enough to realize that they have, in fact, made a mistake and return Classic Mail for us to use.

Great job Verizon. Not only will you lose ad revenue from me as a yahoo user but I am going to change my phone service back to sprint because as bad as they are this really is a low move.
Obviously none of us wanted the "upgrade" and since you must be broke to FORCE us to use this garbage that is worthless to older users, I am done with your entire company.

Ditto to all the comments wanting the old look back. I hate the new look. Hard to read. Want the old look back. Much easier to sort out. Ads on the side. Why the change anyway?
