AT&T/yahoo needs to examine their policy for handling reported comments.
I think that Yahoo selectively enforces their community guidelines, particularly the one about bullying and and harassment. The easiest way to lose credibility is to not follow the guidelines that everyone is supposed to follow, especially when no action is taken on reported comments. Also, when reporting someone, the form says "Thank You" and promises to let the reporter know the decision. I have NEVER had AT&T/yahoo get back to me with the results of the decision. I can't help but wonder if the person being reported gets special treatment because he is actually a yahoo employee. Even if it only 'appears' to be favoritism, it doesn't help the reputation of yahoo being even handed.
