Dear Product Support - - the most recent iteration of your Comments functionality removed the ability to view all comments on any thread (not just mine), which reduces, not facilitates, communication between Yahoo users. No doubt you're aware of the user feedback on this issue, so do you have plans to restore this helpful feature? If it can be accessed now, how to do it?

Perhaps you might make available a Comments Function feature, which explains the various features. Maybe this already exists, but I haven't been able to find it...

Sid, not to worry, yahoo "fixed" the problem by removing the "my comments" button. Isn't it great how they listen.

I have been a customer since March 2005.

I contacted Yahoo small business a few days ago about my comments being removed, and not able to like or dislike comments. Yahoo small business ran tools that may have corrected the problem at the time.

As of today my comments which is always within policy, some disappears, and I’m still not able to like or dislike comments. Three different browsers have been used.

I start using these services for the first time this month. I’m surprise at how the moderators moderate articles on Yahoo.com.

Is there a solution to this problem?
