Dynasty/Keepers - Leave league open to allow trading, adds, and drops during the offseason
This would allow managers to make all league transactions within the platform, including adds, drops, and trades, throughout the year.

There needs to be a way for you to allow us to c continue controlling our teams and making trades/adds/drops in the off season. If there needs to be maintenance for certain days and such then so be it. But having to do rookie drafts and trades off the app in the summer is super frustrating and having to manually update rosters sucks. Other apps have this I have no idea how you just don’t.

This should be allowed. Makes things feel more realistic. Even opening dynasty leagues and keeper leagues a month early, before other leagues would help.

I really don't understand why yahoo hasn't implemented this? There are so many keeper leagues out there... I just thought it would be a given that yahoo would have the technology for off season activity?

This is a great idea. It also allows for a team to be purchased by someone who can put his stamp on it without feeling at a severe disadvantage early in the year.

I would recommend that off-season trading can only be conducted between the teams of record and that no players can be retrieved from the waivers.

I would recommend that, under the Commissioner Tools, the League Management, the Team Management, and the Keeper Management remains available for ongoing Dynasty and Keeper operations.
This would allow for off-season trading and preparation for the upcoming seasons.
