IL healthy solution and incorrect statistics.

Situation Now: When a team has a player on the IL spot and the whole team is healthy, you cannot trade before you kick someone of the team. Which I understand. You dont want teams to hold on too healthy players etc etc.
If you would be able to trade a 2for1 3for2 etc the problem is also solved. and this is not possible.
Why not provide a solution in favor for everybody instead of

A player in the act of shooting is being fouled and scores. PTS awarded and FT('s) rewarded.
FGM/A FTA/M PTS
1-1 1/1 2,3,4
But: when a player is in the act of shooting and is fouled, it doensnt count as an act of shooting FGM/A. That is very strange? Stronger: This is incorrect. It is an act of shooting and therefor need to be recorded as so. Now the percentages of shooting of the NBA players are incorrect. What can you do about this?
