Hello Yahoo team.
I want to provide you feedback. I'm playing fantasy basketball on your app and having so many issues. I am seriously considering transferring my leagues to a different app next season unless I hear or see tangible efforts or results.
First, my feedback is about fantasy basketball, but that option doesn't even appear in the list.
Second, I tried to send an email through contact us, when I click submit request, nothing happens.
Now...
As a commissioner, so many options are available to desktop only. Why? In 2026, that can't be fixed?
I couldn't set draft order manually within an hour of draft. Why so restrictive ? What's the benefit here? This is meant to be fun, not a headache.
As a commissioner, on desktop, I couldn't see the conversations/chat. Or if I did it was super small and inconvenient.
To pause the draft as a commissioner, I had to use desktop only version. Shouldn't that be a simple function? And then if I put the yahoo website as "desktop only" on my phone, once I click on the website address it automatically opened the installed yahoo app on my phone. So I had to delete the app to use the website.
Then, recently, after all star break in NBA, the app glitched and the waiver claims weren't working. I had to do everything manually later on. I have no time for this.
Then tonight Feb 26th, the stats are not updating in the matchups.
Also the more frustrating, the app crashes so often. I click to see a roster and it just loads. I click to see the comments and it just loads. I have to close the app and restart, multiple timesa week.
And yes I did all the preventative steps: clear cache and data of google play app store. De-install and reinstall the yahoo completely. I have a powerful and perfectly fine 2025 Samsung android phone. I shouldn't be having these issues.
Please relay to your teams, your leadership teams, the directors, whoever. This situation needs to improve.
