Rosters - Position eligibility requests 2025-26

Position eligibility requests for the 2025-26 season.

We will continue evaluating players for new positions going forward and make updates where appropriate.

As of 10/4/23, we added the option for Commissioners to award position eligibility to players who haven't earned it by Yahoo Fantasy's standards yet. Keep in mind, this tool will only allow commissioners to add positions, not edit or remove them, and you won't be able to assign Forwards or Defensemen with Goalie eligibility and vice versa.     Nikolaj Ehlers is listed as a LW but has been playing RW throughout the season.

    Please add RW eligibility for Ehlers.

    Not sure when this was last looked at but still several players out there that need to have position eligibility adjusted, Robby Fabbri for one example among several others

    Advice: Fabbri briefly left the game after getting hitting in the face with a puck or stick, but he was able to finish out the contest. The 27-year-old winger has been dialed in with four goals and five assists over his last seven games. For the season, he's at 14 points, 20 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating through 15 appearances, playing mainly in a middle-six role.

    "The 27-year-old WINGER..." and yet, he still has only a C. Please add RW or LW.

    O’Brien literally hasn’t played center in years, but he is listed as a center only. He leads the league in PIMs but in a fantasy league that includes FWs like ours he stays on the waiver wire because nobody can afford his zero face off wins. Please change that, thank you!

    Hintz - add RW

    Fabbri - add LW

    Pavelski has taken the majority of draws all season and Hintz has listed as a RW by Dallas for awhile now.

    Fabbri has been playing majority on the wing since he returned from injury. He is even described as a winger in Yahoo’s latest player update.

    Robby Fabbri playing as a RW all the time and still listed as a C only. Tage Thompsos came back and played two matches on thw wing and you updated a RW position for him immediately. It just doesn't make any sense.

    Mcdavid has played more time on RW then he has on C, even in his recent games he still spends enough 5on5 time on Draisaitls wing that I think he should be eligible to get RW.

    Please add RW eligibility for Tage Thompson. He is playing RW on the first line for the Sabres.

    Point should be dual eligible considering how Yahoo typically denotes many players like him who share draws with others (i.e., Giroux, Benn, Seguin, Duchene, etc.). For consistency, Point should have a wing eligibility.

    Add LW eligibility for Cole Perfetti. He has played already 19 games as LW and he is NOT a center.

    Please fix it ASAP as this is clearly wrong.

    Our league commisioner will not do nothing to change these so we need actual changes from Yahoo.

    Add LW eligibility for Cole Perfetti. He has played 19 games already as LW on so basically WHOLE season but still listed WRONGLY as C.

    He plays as LW on Winnipeg 2nd line and has played there whole season.

    Can you please add W eligibility for COLE PERFETTI on the Winnipeg Jets.
    He is listed as a C, barely takes faceoffs, and is listed on most depth charts as a winger.

    Add RW to Jake Neighbours (STL) who is playing RW on the top line

    there have been no updates since November 9th will multiple requests to update eligibility. If the team has then listed as a winger, they should be a winger.

    Connor zary still C, never played C at all. Has always been LW. When people pay money for their leagues and there is a money prize involved this is beyond ridiculous. Yahoo is completely incompetent at this point
